or off Ebay? If you gother off Ebay, she may
be a fake.

AG has a 100% gurantee of their quality and craftsmanship.
If you did get her there, they should replace her of at least fix her
for free if you are attached to her. Why don't you call CS
and see what they will do for you?

I believe the wellness visit consists of a cleaning, tightening limbs, and things like that. It doesn't include major repair like replacing heads(wigs) and limbs. If your doll is falling apart you should get a new doll. I would call CS before sending her off to the hospital.

Chloe', my first and favorite 2003 doll is falling apart, and im afraid to send her back! i'm goining to do one of those wellness visits for 20 dollars.Lets see, whats wrong with her,
1.I noticed that almost all the hair at the topof her hair is gone.
2.Her blonde hair is turning greenish-pale drown--ewwwww
3.Shes almost green
4.Her leg is litterally "On its last limb" and WAYlower than the other one!
